| A: | SchoolDESX can be purchased by calling our sales staff Monday thru Friday from 8-5 and discussing your school's needs in order for us to help you determine the best solution for you. |

| Q: | What is the difference between an Administrative License and an Instructor License? |
| A: | An Administrative license is a concurrent license that allows for a user to have total access to the system, depending on their security setup.
An Instructor license allows access to only Students and Classes that the user has been assigned to teach. |

| A: | Of course! Please give us a call at (800) 324-9393 and we will help provide you with names and numbers of users in your area to help you determine if SchoolDESX is right for you. |

| Q: | I'm a smaller school and don't know that I can afford this software. What is the base cost of SchoolDESX? |
| A: | SchoolDESX's pricing is based on the amount of licenses and the types of licenses purchased. We will work with any potential customer to help decide the best configuration of these licenses, training, data conversion, etc. that can be selected. |

| Q: | Can you convert my current student data into SchoolDESX? |
| A: | Most likely...Yes! We have converted a wide range of data models into our system in order to keep you from having to re-key all of your student information. |

| Q: | What are my options for training my staff on how to use SchoolDESX? |
| A: | SchoolDESX has an in-house training facility setup to train anywhere from 2-10 of your users at a time. If it is impossible for you to come to SchoolDESX for your training, we can come to you. Much of the training you will receive can and will be done online as well. |

| Q: | From which database was SchoolDESX constructed? |
| A: | SchoolDESX was built in Visual Fox Pro. Currently a SQL version of SchoolDESX is in the planning stages. |

| Q: | My school records extra information that may not be utilized by other schools. Does SchoolDESX provide custom information fields? |
| A: | Yes, Yes, Yes! SchoolDESX is very customizable in that most forms in the software have custom page capabilities. Also Notes can be used to record extra information as well. |
