About Us:
ANNOUNCEMENT OF SCHOOLDESX REORGANIZATION
My name is Charles Stember and as new CEO of Schooldesx, I am extremely excited to take this opportunity to introduce myself and to inform you of our new organization. I would also like to thank you for your past relationship with us and hope you will be as excited with our new organization as I am to present it to you.
The Board of Directors of Schooldesx has replaced the previous CEO with me and I have begun to reorganize the company by rebuilding my staff with several new experienced professionals from the
computer industry, at large. In addition to the new management and director staff, we are adding
support and development personnel to allow us to integrate sales, product support and administration
at a single Schooldesx location.
As this new year begins you will see several changes I have made to make your relationship with
Schooldesx a better experience. In addition to the changes we have already made at Schooldesx, me
and my new staff look forward to meeting with you in hopes we can include your input as we proceed
with improvement plans.
As we strive to make Schooldesx a more effective and efficient supplier to you, we will also be
expanding our business by developing new products for you and other market opportunities. Currently,
we are working with our developer to upgrade your product to include improved functions that match
your needs for today and the future. Very soon, you will be contacted by someone from Schooldesx to
request information regarding your needs and plans for our current or new products. At your request
and convenience, we will travel to your location and meet with you. It is imperative that we have your input while developing new functions that make our products more suited to your business needs.
Immediate changes you will see are:
1. All sales and administration activity will be directly between Schooldesx personnel and you.
2. All installation and support activity will be handled by Schooldesx. We will acquire support for
you and interface with your maintenance function.
3. All other communications regarding our business or products must now be directed to
Schooldesx personnel only.
We believe these immediate changes will help to establish better communications between us. The
